2、 Component Function Description

1. Fire damper: No electrical cabinet control is required. When the temperature in the fire damper exceeds 250 ℃, it will automatically close.

2. Dilution valve: Controlled by the electrical cabinet, when the exhaust gas temperature reaches the set value, the dilution valve will automatically open to supplement the concentration of natural air exhaust gas.

3. Supplemental cold air valve: Controlled by the electrical cabinet (pneumatic), it will automatically open when the temperature exceeds the set value.

4. Supplemental air cooler: Controlled by the electrical cabinet, it opens simultaneously with the supplemental air valve to oxidize the indoor temperature and protect the equipment.

7. Electric heating: 80kw (a total of 16 electric heating tubes, divided into two groups of 8 each, each with 5KW).

8. Electric heating temperature probe: controlled by the electrical cabinet, it monitors the temperature inside the electric heating room and outputs a signal. When the temperature inside the electric heating room is lower than the set value, it will automatically turn on a set of electric heaters; When the temperature inside the electric heating room exceeds the set value, a set of electric heating will be automatically turned off. When the temperature inside the heating room exceeds the set value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered and all electric heating will be automatically turned off.

9. Oxidation chamber temperature probe: controlled by the electrical cabinet, monitors the temperature inside the oxidation chamber, outputs a signal, and automatically turns on another set of electric heating when the temperature inside the oxidation chamber is lower than the set value; When the temperature inside the oxidation chamber is higher than the set value, another set of electric heating will be automatically turned off. When the temperature inside the oxidation chamber is higher than the set value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered and all electric heating will be automatically turned off.

3、 Deep oxidation electronic control program

1. Turn on the power supply and compressed air inside and outside the electrical cabinet.

2. Open the vent valve.

3. Turn on the fan.

4. Turn on the oxidation electric heating (Group 2), and the electric heating will start working.

When the temperature inside the electric heating room rises by 100 ℃, open the dilution valve to supplement the concentration of natural air exhaust gas.

When the temperature inside the oxidation chamber rises by 200 ℃, start the supplementary air valve and supplementary air fan to temporarily prevent the temperature from rising and maintain it at around 200 ℃.
